Threadsy's August Creator of the Month: Jenny

We are so excited to announce our August Creator of The Month, Jenny (@jtbiggers). Jenny is a wonderful crafter, mother, DIYer, and overall incredible woman. Learn more about our fabulous creator below! 

Jenny has always loved crafts, but specifically started creating t-shirts when her kids were young. She specifically said, “I started playing around with creating t-shirts when my children began asking for unique designs, and I couldn't find them in other stores. I happened to have a cutting machine and HTV and began my learning process (I'd say about 2 years ago).” Since then, Jenny has taken the DIY world by storm.  

Jenny is also a wonderful lettering artist!  Jenny loves combining her two loves of lettering and t-shirt design and creating something truly beautiful. Jenny stated, “Although my work is primarily handwritten, being able to create something that would be printed on apparel is a lot of fun- right now it's not a business, but a fun hobby for a DIYer and lettering artist like myself.” 

Jenny not only creates beautiful apparel, but she has also created a wonderful community of DIYers, crafters, and more. Jenny is very transparent with her followers about the creative process and how it’s not always glitz and glamour. Jenny stated that her favorite quote is, “The dream is free, but the hustle is sold separately.” Jenny reminds her followers to “Respect the Process” when she shares her step-by-step process of her projects.

Jenny loves to shop for her projects on Threadsy. We asked what her favorite product is from Threadsy and Jenny stated, “Any Bella + Canvas Tee, but I’m also such a fan of the tote bags.” 

Lastly, and certainly not least, Jenny is one incredible mother. When we asked who her inspiration is for her projects, she quickly responded, “My children!  They are so creative in thought and interests. I look to see what they're currently into- it definitely guides the next project I will be working on.”
