Once your return has been received or claim has been verified you’ll be refunded for the missing items on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Threadsy Return Policies

We’re happy to accept return for all orders as long as the items being returned are in new and unused condition and include the original packaging.

How to Submit a Return

Submitting a return is easy, simply use the form above to find your order and follow the instructions on the screen to return the entire order or individual products.

Reasons for Return

When you submit a claim we’ll ask you the reason for your return. In each case, you’ll enter the quantity of item(s) you are returning. Select from the following options:

• Do Not Need
• Ordered by Mistake
• Extra Items
• Missing Items
• Damaged Items
• Defective Items

What is I received extra items in my order?

We’re happy to take those back, please submit a return using the Enter the quantity of each item that you are returning in the Return Qty column, only quantities greater than zero are submitted.
